Complaints against ERC

We acknowledge that you may have cause to complain about our standards of service.  Such complaints will be taken seriously and help us to improve our level of service delivery.

Should you find it necessary to complain about any aspect of our service you may do so verbally, on phone, electronically, or in writing.  We will do our best to put things right if we have made a mistake.

We will acknowledge your written complaints in writing within 3 working days and attend to the complaint within 10 working days.  If we need more time to obtain the necessary information or data, we will inform you accordingly but endeavor to complete the process within 15 working days.
